IJsster has a great preference for real, pure, natural flavours and honest home-grown products. We always work with real Belgian quality chocolate. Our sorbets contain at least 50% sun-ripened fruit. Our delicious ice cream is made daily and fresh from pure farm milk, eggs and quality butter. We believe it is important to spread and appreciate the essential value of healthy food based on fresh and honest products.

 In addition to our scoop ice cream, we also offer numerous ice cream desserts, all manually and artisanally made, decorated and packaged.
