Stijn Vandenbouhede is a 22-year-old chocolatier who, in his open workshop, dares to experiment with combinations such as tomato, Ganda ham, Tierenteyn mustard, red beetroot, chilli, wasabi, Ghent stew, in addition to the classic pralines, thanks to his culinary training. All this in a modern colourful jacket. Because of this, Gault & Millau described it as "creative, innovative and even groundbreaking." 

Even artists such as James Bay, Ed Sheeran and even the Rolling Stones have already received his chocolates. You will find a chocolate replica of his Gibson Les Paul guitar, a chocolate violin, an almost life-size chocolate version of Harley Quinn and a chocolate baby Yoda in his shop.
