Founded by passionate chefs who are present at both Hotel JAM Brussels and Hotel JAM Ghent, Kaiju combines a gastronomic vision with an urban, modern setting. The kitchen has already been recognized by Fooding and awarded a Gault & Millau HIP distinction for its innovative approach. 

The name Kaiju, Japanese for “giant monster” like Godzilla, reflects the bold, daring, and unforgettable dining experience: big in flavor, impact, and experience.
