St. Raphaël makes the perfect aperitif for any cycling moment. With its rich history, it takes you back to the 1950s, when it was a sponsor of the Saint Raphaël cycling team. This is how it won the Tour de France with Jacques Anquetil. 
St Raphael has a base of noble wines, which gives it a surprisingly sweet flavour. The use of the quinquina plant creates a subtle bitterness, while the various botanicals then give it its typically rich flavour!
