Location

This edition, the festival will take place at various locations and not just under the Stadshal. The Korenmarkt will be transformed into a street food festival. Ghent is a world city with diverse cultures and flavours that we want to share with our visitors. 

Klein Turkije will be transformed into a local market, with a wide range of local (organic) products. 

On the Goudenleeuwplein there will be a diverse range of exhibitors focusing on local street food. In the middle of the Goudenleeuwplein, there will be a cosy terrace where visitors can enjoy the most unique view of the historic city centre together with an extensive offer of Ghent drinks. 

The Poeljemarkt will become a culinary hotspot for young chefs and experienced entrepreneurs, and the Stadshal will be the setting for the "Chef's Island."
